Yes, these are all 100% edible cakes. Charm City Cakes was established back in 2000 in Baltimore. Chef Duff, who founded the bakery, (cakery) quickly gained reputation for his creative, intricate and delicious designs. Charm City Cakes has grown considerably since then, and they’ve even expanded their business and even reached into the reality TV arena with a show called Ace of Cakes. You can catch Chef Duff and the crew hard at work (and goofing around) on the Food Network every Thursdays at 10pm/9c.
